Journal “Proceedings of the Samara Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Agricultural Sciences” has been published since 2022. Four issues of the magazine are published per year. Circulation 200 copies.

Journal “Proceedings of the Samara Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Agricultural Sciences" publishes articles in the following specialties (according to the new list of specialties, order MN No. 118 of 24.02.2021):

4.1.1. General farming and crop production (agricultural sciences);
4.1.2. Plant breeding, seed production and biotechnology (agricultural sciences);
4.1.3. Agrochemistry, agrosoil science, plant protection and quarantine (agricultural sciences);
4.1.6 Silviculture, forestry, forest crops, agroforestry, landscaping, forest pyrology and taxation (agricultural sciences).

Publication of articles

Articles in the journal are published strictly in compliance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission for the design of scientific articles.

Articles in the journal are published on a paid basis at the rate of:

800 rubles, incl. VAT, per one layout page in the main issue;
900 rubles, incl. VAT, per one layout page in the additional part to the main number.

Since the new criteria for inclusion of a publication in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications do not contain a clause on not charging fees for the publication of graduate students' manuscripts, articles by full-time graduate students are also published on a fee basis. In the case of submission of two articles by the same author - a full-time postgraduate student in one issue - the second one is published free of charge (subject to the provision of the relevant supporting certificate).

The editors review the manuscripts. Copies of reviews are provided to the authors. The presence of a negative review is the basis for a reasoned refusal to publish in the current issue.

Since 2020, the Samara Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences has been connected to the Crossref international journal system of bibliographic references, which was conceptually created to work with publishers of scientific periodicals. The system involves working with originals (primary sources) of articles, monitors the uniqueness, compliance of the output data, protects the copyright holder. DOI indices (what is DOI) can be assigned to new articles from the current issue at the layout stage, or to any article of their previous issues of the journal, stored in the archive on the website of the Samara Federal Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The registration time for the DOI index is 1-2 days.

Since 2020, DOIs have been mandatory assigned to all articles without exception, the cost of the service is 300 rubles for one article.

The requirements for the design of articles are the same for all issues.

To publish a manuscript, you must provide:

direction from the organization on a letterhead, signed by the head, deputy head;
an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the department (if the department has one) on the recommendation for printing a sample extract;
information about each author in the form of a questionnaire sample of the author's questionnaire.
